The Residency is located in the borough of Friedrichshain, on the north side of the river Spree and formerly known as East Berlin.
The apartment is 160 square meters. Inside the apartment, you will find a bathroom (provided with both shower and bath). Then we have a separate toilet, a living room, a kitchen, a huge common working space, dining area and two balconies. There are three bedrooms: in each, there is a bed and a desk.
Facilities include a washing machine, the fridge with a freezer, oven and cooker, heating, telephone and high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
